Mochtar Velders has more than 25 years of international experience within the leisure, hospitality and holiday park sector. He has held senior executive positions at leading organisations in Europe and Asia, where he was responsible for commercial growth, acquisitions, international expansion and development projects. His approach combines strategic insight with operational decisiveness. In every organisation he has been active in, he has achieved demonstrable commercial growth and sustainable value development. Within ACSI Broker Services, he supports buyers and sellers in complex transactions, with a focus on return, risk and long-term strategy.

Managing Director – TLC Group Responsible for various consultancy and development projects for international hospitality companies, with a focus on strategy, repositioning and value creation. Siblu Villages – Quartermaster, CCO & Director of Acquisitions Guided the market entry and organisational build-up of Siblu Villages in the Netherlands. Realised the acquisition and successful integration of five large holiday parks. Vacaliance Group (European Camping Group) – Commercial Director NL/BE/GE Set up and managed the commercial operations for more than 300 campsites in Europe. Responsible for strategy, revenue development and market positioning. New Century Hotel Group (China) – Vice-General Manager Leisure & Resort Development Involved in the development of the first Center Parcs formula-based holiday park in China, the Senbo Resort. An investment of approximately €300 million. Center Parcs / Pierre & Vacances Group – Executive Board Member / Commercial Director Played a key role in achieving structural revenue growth, contributing to the strong increase in value of Center Parcs prior to its acquisition by Pierre & Vacances.
