Your privacy is important, both to you and to us. That is why we would like to explain why and how we handle your personal data. Honesty and transparency are key values for us. We aim to build a long-term relationship of trust with our customers and partners. This means, among other things, that we respect and protect your privacy and your choices. After all, personal data can reveal a great deal about you. Your information must be safe with us, and we do everything we can to ensure that. All our employees are bound by strict privacy regulations and are continuously monitored for compliance. We only share your data with third parties where necessary, for example for the performance of our agreement. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Nor do we send you marketing messages unless you have requested them. Your data is used solely to provide optimal services and to support our business operations.<\/p>

We want you to know exactly how we process your personal data and to ensure that it is up to date. You are therefore free to access, amend and correct your data. Of course, you may also inform us if you no longer consent to the processing of your data. As the data belongs to you, you may also request that we transfer it to you.<\/p>

In carrying out our agreement, we naturally work with partners such as campsite owners and service providers. We only cooperate with reliable partners who adhere to the same privacy standards as we do. These partners will only receive your personal data where strictly necessary and under stringent privacy conditions. We have ensured that your personal data is just as secure with them as it is with us.<\/p>

The way in which ACSI Broker Services handles your data complies with the latest European legislation (General Data Protection Regulation). When you share your personal data with us, or when we collect personal data about you, we use it in accordance with this Privacy Statement. The questions and answers below explain in detail what constitutes your personal data and how we use, process and protect it.<\/p>

This includes data relating to your identity, such as your name, address and telephone number, but also your IP address. Personal data therefore includes such information, as well as profile photos, personal preferences, purchasing behaviour and financial data. At the bottom of this page, in Appendix 1, you will find the categories of personal data that we may process. Cookies are also considered personal data.     At ACSI Broker Services, the customer is always at the centre of everything we do. We believe this is only natural. We aim to develop the best possible travel products for you, and to do so we need to be in contact with you and communicate with you. This enables us to provide exactly what you are looking for.<\/p>

    We collect or receive your data via our website and forms.<\/p>

    You provide your data when you complete a form, and by browsing our website we collect cookies that are essential for the proper functioning and security of our website.<\/p>

    We process personal data in order to perform our agreement with you. This allows us to provide you with relevant information. We look for solutions if you are not (fully) satisfied. For the purpose of product development, we compile statistics. This helps us to maintain our relationship with you as well as to attract new customers. Analysing and researching personal data is necessary for developing and improving our products and services; in short, to serve you even better.<\/p>

    Through our analyses, we may use automated profiling techniques to inform you about products and activities tailored to your personal interests and needs.<\/p>

    We do not share your personal data with third parties unless this is necessary for the performance of the agreement or for internal business operations. We have entered into so-called data processing agreements with these third parties to ensure that they apply the same strict privacy standards as we do.<\/p>

    In part to protect your personal data, we ensure secure and responsible business operations. Our employees who process personal data may also be located outside the European Economic Area and may carry out work for us or for our service providers from those locations. We have also concluded data processing agreements with these parties outside the EEA. Your data is therefore just as secure with them as it is with us.<\/p>

    As the transmission of information via the internet is not entirely secure, neither we nor the third parties we work with can guarantee the security of data transmitted to our website. Any transmission is therefore at your own risk.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    We do not retain your personal data for longer than necessary for the purposes for which we hold it. This may be to fulfil your needs and expectations or to comply with our legal obligations. Once we no longer need your data, it will be removed from our systems or anonymised so that you can no longer be identified.<\/p>

    We retain personal data relating to customers for seven years after the end of the relationship. Personal data of potential customers with whom no contact has yet been established is retained for six months after collection.
